His prior leadership roles at The Watley Group, Red Mountain Capital Partners, Oak Hill Capital Partners, and JP Morgan underscore his expertise in financial restructuring, operational innovation, and high-profile leveraged buyouts. Steve is a graduate of Harvard University where he majored in Economics.

As Chairman of the Hourglass ($WAIT) Foundation and a key contributor to numerous cryptocurrency projects, he brings unparalleled insight to the industry. In 1999, Jeff co-founded SaveDaily, a groundbreaking fintech platform now serving over 7,000 companies worldwide.
